High beamed ceilings with upstairs bedroom loft overlooking the pond. Two additional bedrooms are on the first level. The lower level has an oversized family room which has two twin sleep sofas for a total sleeping capacity of 8 people. There are two full bathrooms, one on the first floor and one in the lower level. Walk in the door and take in the view from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and kitchen which overlook the beach in your back yard. The downstairs has a walk-out slider which brings you to the lower wooden deck and outdoor shower. There are lots of windows throughout the house which provide plenty of sunshine. The oversized family room in the lower level is equipped with a flat screen TV, a large full bathroom/laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, as well as a private sitting area in the back. Please note that the backyard beach is one of many around the neighborhood and is part of a small association and open to neighborhood residents only.

The upper deck wraps around both sides of the house with lots of room to enjoy an outdoor BBQ.

Come back from a day at the ocean and jump in the pond or take a warm outdoor shower.

Walk up the street and enjoy the association beach.

In the fall and winter months, cozy up to the gas fireplace in the livingroom overlooking the beautiful backyard scenery, whether it be the autumn splendor or a snowy winter wonderland.
