"Once I claimed my baggage, I called the hotel and was given direction. I had to take an AirTrain to Federal Circle to be picked up by the Hotel Van. I waited about 5 minutes for the van. The drop off is the same. A great deal of walking with luggage. The Airport is under construction. "

"The staff were so great, and always went above and beyond. The location is perfect for popping into the city and there’s a subway station only a block away. To get into midtown it would take me only about 12 minutes. And I loved all the local food options nearby - food halls, grocery stores, cafes and bars all right there beneath the hotel. Things to note: it’s on a busy intersection that’s a little confusing at first but once you get your bearings it’s not too bad. Noisy if you open the window but I didn’t mind. I wish the hotel offered free coffee in the morning and that their water dispenser worked better (to fill up water bottles). I was grateful they had it but it was a trickle. "
