This was a great property. The check in was easy, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking, grilling, baking and serving. We loved how big the pantry space was, as well. We enjoyed the pool everyday and utilized the dock for our fishing and kayaking needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with plenty of bath and pool towels. We would come back, again.

Perfect birthday week!

We were looking for a home to bring my family together to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. This home was a perfect location and setup for us. Very comfortable space. Beautifully appointed with nice amenities. Kitchen was fabulous. Large dining table! Screened room was a nice addition. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed!

Happy Family!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! We ended up finding this gem after an unexpected quick end to our original plans in Hilton Head due to the storm, and Debbie made our stay possible within just a few hours notice. We loved the home- it is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you need during your stay on gorgeous Lake Oconee. True lake house goals! Debbie’s team guided us to a boat rental company that was great as well. We felt so lucky to have landed at Sugar Magnolia and hope to make it back at some point soon!

Girls trip with a view

Stunning house that is impeccably decorated! We thoroughly enjoyed the openness of the space and gorgeous view. The house had everything you would need from cheese boards to a nugget ice maker and everything in between. When we had a couple hiccups with the house, the property manager was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming lakefront home, and it was nothing short of perfection. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and delightful. The check-in process itself was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the property manager. We were able to settle in quickly and start enjoying our getaway right away.Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. We found ourselves lacking for nothing during our stay, with all the amenities we could possibly need at our fingertips. We can't wait to return again.

Take Me Back to Sugar Magnolia!

Not a single detail was missed in the curating of this Lake Oconee lake house gem
it was simply stunning! Upon entering this home, it was love at first sight. From the expansive wall of windows, showcasing the glimmering lake to the heated saltwater pool and hot tub and its many seating choices and roomy lake dock or the fabulous bedding and decor, this home away from home has all the amenities needed to simply pack your suitcase and relax and rewind. The owner of this home thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and even provided us with dining and shopping recommendations. We did not feel like we were renting a home, but more like we were an honored guest visiting for the weekend. One of the favorite things about the house is the layout! The main living area has a vaulted ceiling, and the open layout is large enough to bring the whole family. The upstairs includes the main living area and kitchen along with 3 roomy bedrooms and 2 full baths. Walk directly out of the living room onto the large, screened-in porch to watch your favorite game or movie under the stars. Downstairs has an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a large screened tv, game room and kitchenette, creating the perfect place for your kiddos to call their own. Access to the lake from the downstairs is amazing and allows you to walk directly to the pool, lake or fire pit. Take me back to Sugar Magnolia!
