This modern apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in a holiday home on the edge of the center of the historic town of Eberndorf in southern Carinthia, near Lake Klopein.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a large living room with dining table, an open well-equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony. From the large communal garden you have a view of the beautiful mountains and can walk directly into the adjacent forest.

Eberndorf belongs to the Völkermarkt district in Carinthia, the region near the Slovenian border primarily offers nature and mountains. The MTB Bike Park Petzen and the Petzen / Feistritz ob Bleiburg ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes, a perfect ski area for beginners, snowboarders and recreational skiers are only 5 minutes away by car. You can jump into the cool water at the lido on Lake Klopein, which is only 20 minutes away by car.

There are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs directly in town or in Völkermarkt.

Das Haus hat fast alles, was Sie brauchen. Leider keine Spülmaschine, aber Handwäsche kann auch in Ordnung sein. Inzwischen hat es auch einen Flachbildfernseher. Die Wohnfläche ist klein, aber in sich gut. Die Betten waren in Ordnung und beim Duschen muss man berücksichtigen, dass es an einen (richtigen) Wasserkocher angeschlossen ist. Der Nachteil war, dass es mit einer Hitzewelle recht warm ist und gelüftet werden kann, nur dass man Moskitos berücksichtigen muss. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und serviceorientiert und wohnen ein paar Blocks entfernt. Das Schwimmbad in Völkermarkt in 10 Minuten ist lustig und lange offen. Wandern ist zum Beispiel gut in den Bergen im Süden des Dorfes, zB in Petzen mit der Seilbahn. Burg Hochosterwitz, Klagenfurt (Aussichtsturm) und Villach sind tolle Ausflugsziele. Die Obirhöhle ist nicht spektakulär, die Fahrt dorthin mit einem Bus hingegen macht das wett. Die KärntenCard haben wir entfernt und sind im Tourismusbüro in Eberndorf erhältlich.
