Excellent location only minutes from all amenities. Beautiful beaches. Property was lovely and very comfortable, although fire didnât work but electric heaters were provided. Wouldnât hesitate to go back
Location is great just up from the beach overall size of the property is good. Parking a bit of a nightmare when busy but managed to get parked on a nearby road. Overall we went in Jan for a 2 night stay and it was cold. The main lounge and main bedroom/bathroom were uncomfortably cold in the evenings, we couldnât use space heaters with young kids overnight. The hot water for showers wasnât exactly hot and felt like it ran out on shower two. Place could do with a good clean, main areas are clean but there was quite a bit of dust and damp patches. Missing some basic items from the kitchen during our stay such as scissors/tea towels/kitchen cloths. We did flag to the team upon our departure but they were quite dismissive and commented that there was 24hour contact however as it was such a short visit we tried to adjust our behaviour rather than flagging issues, splitting showers up during the day etc. North Berwick is a great place to visit and the kids loved the beach.
