Situated on a quiet stretch of sand shell road, this wonderful home features stunning panoramic views of the marsh and tidal creek from throughout the home and its porches.

Enjoy sunset views from the well-designed third level porch overlooking the creek, marsh, and dock. Enjoy ocean views from the home's second and third levels. Enjoy spectacular moon and sunrises and the sounds of the surf from the home's multiple porches and the 4th level "crow's nest" deck.

The unspoiled beach, only a short walk or golf cart ride away, is ready for making memories for home-owners and their guests. Enjoy the ocean, beach combing, and fossil hunting.

With 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, this home accommodates large gatherings yet retains an intimate feel throughout. The star of the show is the home's third level that includes a beautifully designed, light-filled open concept space encompassing a great room with a gas fireplace, a spacious kitchen, and a dining room, all under a soaring handsome domed ceiling. An inviting sunroom overlooking the marsh and creek completes the space and is a perfect spot to enjoy the amazing views all year. Steps from the sunroom is a covered porch addition where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ACE Basin described by The Nature Conservancy as among "the last great places" on Earth.

The ground level contains a very large open concept bedroom, bath, and living space with a private exterior entry from the garage. The second level offers an owner's suite that includes a spacious walk-in closet, double vanities, and separate tub and shower. Removed from the master, three additional bedrooms with peaceful marsh views share two full baths on the second floor. The second level also offers an inviting living space that opens to a porch with ocean views and sounds. The home offers a three-stop elevator to move groceries and people.

First, I want to make it clear. This is a great house. Really liked the layout and the views are amazing. Probably my favorite of all the homes we've stayed in over the past two decades. We had a great time. However, it does have opportunities for improvement which I've shared with the host. It's an older home and older homes can have their quirks. Very comfortable beds. Solid water pressure and hot water. Gorgeous views especially from the top deck and main living area. Everything you need for food prep. Also, the host team was incredibly easy to communicate with, responsive, and really helpful. We enjoyed the week emensely and will be staying here again.

This property had everything. From the views to the seating outside so you could see the ocean or the marsh and the sunrise and sunset. It just really felt like you were at home. Would recommend and hopefully it is available every year we want to come back! The host was nice and responded in a timely manner. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Great house and location.very comfortable,loved porch and upStairs eating/living area..great fun on golf cart,but poor communication..took 2 days and several corespondences to get correct code for golf cart..never got the elevator to work despite several contacts with management company who seemed unconcerned that Im 73 and 2 weeks from total knee surgery and stairs were very difficult..no heat in downstairs bedroom..does have AC unit for warmer months..but upper 2 floors great..Ad pictures show bikes but they are not functional
