Welcome to Sea Oats! Come and enjoy a laid back vacation at Edisto's Sea Oats Vacation Cottage. Direct Ocean front; just walkout your back door down the stairs and out onto the beach! This is a traditional H-Plan Beach Home from days gone by....but updated! All new windows, beds, bedding, appliances etc. in 2025. Two oceanfront bedrooms with queen beds and tvs. Two Palmetto Blvd. side bedrooms, one with a queen and one with 2 twins both with tvs as well. Well appointed kitchen into an open floor plan allowing all the family and friends to spend time together while cooking, watching the game on the flat large screen tv and dining. Step out onto the ocean front sun deck and take in the vast views of the Atlantic and beach. Take a stroll for miles on the beach, hunt for shells and elusive shark's teeth, take a dip in the ocean, float away your cares, watch the kids play, cook out on the grill...... the choices are all yours! Take a quick warm shower before heading back up inside in the outdoor enclosed shower.

Central hvac and ceiling fans throughout. The owners have also left some family games and puzzles for you to enjoy. Free Wifi internet and Roku tv service provided.
