Rooms were a bit dinged up but still nice and spacious. Coffee tea 24 hours is a nice touch. Breakfast was above average for hotels of same cost. 2nd time here, many more visits to come!

The staff were really kind so no issues there. However, we had no working heater in our room and would have tried to change rooms but a few things affected that. For starters, our flights were delayed so we weren’t able to check in until 3am to which we were marked as a “no show” so therefore I think, we had to take whatever room was available. Secondly; we did call down to the desk (twice) upon discovering the heat problem but no answer. At that hour of the morning and our travel exhaustion we didn’t bother going down to the front desk. Breakfast was standard, with hot food and coffee.

Very noisy - loud guests next to and across from me, located next to train tracks Room needs to be updated, very difficult to get into shower due to high bathtub Front desk clerk in the morning was not helpful during checkout when I asked him questions Airport shuttle was close to 10 minutes late, driver did not help with luggage and refused to drive me to the United terminal, said he only does one stop at the airport. I was almost late for my flight due to his tardiness and having to drag my luggage through the snow to get to my terminal at the other end of the airport.
