Im pretty sure that in my original booking I left a note saying that due to severe allergies I would need a pet free room. As it turned out this hotel has only “pet friendly” rooms. I was given no notice of that fact and had a severe allergic reaction and had to check out early. So I had one very uncomfortable sleep and had to check out one day early.So I paid $288.85 for a one nite stay that should have been $144 and was feeling the effects of a bad allergy attack for three days . Bottom line is I paid for two nights and got only one and am still dealing with the allergy symptoms 3 days later. Not impressed. The people at the hotel were very nice and friendly and did offer to move us to a different room but do not provide any pet free rooms. The booking was done through Expedia not the hotel . I feel Expedia needs to step up their game and pay more attention to specific requests. I won’t be using Expedia any more.
