no nos querian admitir decian que los precios eran ridiculos ,me dan una factura que no era lo contratado con precio superior.solo por dormir.les presento el bono en el cual especifica que vamos con media pension y que ya esta pagado. al final nos dan la habitacion,A la hora de cenar nos dice la camarera que el menu vale 16 euros,le comunico que estamos a media pension que nos den de cenar lo que nos corresponda en la media pension.tras consultar vuelve y nos dice que del menu, asi las tres noches. La ultima noche nos llaman a la habitacion que bajemos a recepcion y me quieren cobrar las cenas, me niego y les digo que ya he pagado, me acusan de estafador de cara dura y todo lo que se les ocurrio.el administrador me empuja y tuve que amenazarle con llamar a los mozos de escuadra. A la mañana siguiente entregue la llave y nos fuimos sin desayuno,lo tuve que pagar en otro local,Lamentable nosotros no tenemos que soportar esta humillacion, yo contrate un precio y lo pague ,si no estan conforme las reclamaciones tenian que ser para vosotros no para el cliente.Espero tomen nota para proximos clientes no se vean en situacion tan embarazosa como nos paso anosotros.Gracias

Très déçues à notre arrivée. Nous sommes tombées dans un quartier très vieux, pas super sécurisé, l'avant de l'hôtel fait peur à voir. La dame qui nous a accueillis a été très gentille, mais c'est le seul point positif de la nuit (3 nuits réservées, 2 nuits annulées). La chambre été grande ouverte (porte, fenêtres), avec une odeur juste insoutenable. Écran plat ? Pas vu, juste une mini tele accrochée au mur. La salle de bain est vraiment pas terrible. On peut à peine rentrer à 2, dans la douche il y avait des traces de moisi dans le porte savon. Enfin bref..Je déconseille
