Welcome to our unique two-bedroom, one-bath getaway nestled in the heart of Southern Arizona wine country! If you're looking for a relaxing destination surrounded by vineyards, picturesque landscapes, and tranquil sunsets, you've found your perfect place.

We invite you to be a part of the journey we call, The Elgin Project, and experience the magic that made us take a leap of faith on a gorgeous piece of land with a crazy, quirky, full of character house. We are certain you will have a memorable stay.
☀️ Summer Note: the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and there’s a portable AC unit in the living room. While the home doesn’t have central AC, it generally stays quite comfortable—even during the summer. We also provide fans to help keep things cool. ☀️
★ BEDROOMS ★
Bedroom 1: Comfortable queen-sized bed with soft linens and dresser. Mini- split for AC and heater in room.
Bedroom 2: Another cozy queen-sized bed with walk in closet and wall unit AC and baseboard heating.

★ BATHROOM ★
Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, plush towels, and essential toiletries. *Please note- the full bathroom is within bedroom 1 and access requires guests to walk into the bedroom.
Toilet 2: Second bathroom access available in separate room between the kitchen and laundry room. * Please note-this is not a full or half bath, simply a toilet with its own room (and a beautiful view). Please don't judge us based on this silly "toilet room," we didn't build it. Looks like a future Elgin Project is in store for us!

★ KITCHEN ★
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
★ LIVING & DINING ROOM ★
After a day out, head to our cozy living space with plenty of comfy seating. If you are taller than 5' 9" you may have to practice the limbo as you walk to the couch. The ceiling is a tad lower than the rest of the home. Roku TV allows you to sign in to your favorite subscriptions.
Our kitchen table is equipped for four guests to enjoy a board game, delicious meal, or a space to plan the next day's activities.

★ ARIZONA ROOM ★
The Arizona Room offers stunning views of the area while staying cozy inside, away from any bugs or weather. A great place to unwind with a glass of wine or a good book. *Please note-this room has a wall of windows to enjoy the view, these windows do not open and the room does not have AC. Think, enclosed patio. Baseboard heating and extra blankets will keep you warm in the winter.

★ LAUNDRY ROOM ★
Washer/dryer available for use inside the Arizona room. A few pet supplies here for your furry friend as well.

★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★
Step outside to your private patio where you can savor a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views of the rolling grasslands, mountains, and spectacular sunsets.
