We stayed there during an IMG soccer tournament weekend and we’re pleasantly surprised to be included on the welcome board for the event as you walk in. The check-in associate was extremely welcoming and made sure we still got our Hilton points even though we booked through Expedia and even had complimentary bottled waters for us which was perfect so we didn’t have to stop in the morning on the way to our first game (we checked in at 1am). Atmosphere was very clean and they even had an area for snack/drink purchases in the lobby. Also had an ice maker we could fill our son’s water bottles at. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay there again next year.

I won’t be staying here again. First of all it was a cold spell here in Florida and no heat in the room. I called the front desk and the manager said “ Most of these rooms don’t have heat. Just turn it off and it will warm up in there”. Really?? What an idiot. So I was cold throughout my entire stay. Also, I have never been to a hotel where the cleaners are so noisy! Talking loud and yelling in the hallway, slamming things around in the rooms. If you aren’t awake by 8:30am, the housekeepers will make sure they make enough noise to wake you. And let’s not get started about the slamming of doors! All evening and all morning - door slams every few minutes

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was stiff and hard. Not a good night sleep the whole 5 night stay. I would not recommend this location.

Stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Would stay again. The staff was great. Breakfast was OK. As expected. The room was fine. We received a cute welcome bag for the dog upon arrival. Small adjacent grassy area to walk the dogs with poop bag dispenser. Our only complaint was that on of check-in there was a strong smell of sewage in the hallways. This resolved the next day.
