    Never received communication from the host. I had to scramble around at 12:30 am trying to find a last-minute hotel as a walk-in.

    Unacceptable

    I had to rebook a hotel the day of arrival. The Host never answered any emails, and didn't communicate about ny booking. I spoke with customer service 9 times within 24 hours if expected arrival. I finally was transferred to a supervisor and they took care of me and gave me a credit for a hotel. This location and host should be removed from your site.

    My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores.

    Great location!

    The house is located in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ease of parking in the neighborhood. And most things are walkable to. The house itself was comfortable, yet it was a bit dusty. The great was good and the bathrooms served us well. Our only concern was the upkeep of the house in general. Things just felt about ramshackle. We give the place four stars.
