There was an issue with not getting our wrist bands for the pool. We weren’t informed and hadn’t read the policy ourselves to know better. The situation was a very small and minimal one! It was handled very poorly by a staff member that was confrontational when asked how to resolve the situation. It definitely put a negative thought process within a hospitality business that was going very well otherwise.
