So I fell in love with this 1848 old house and I believe that it is perfect for spending quality time with your family and friends! You will enjoy the whole place for yourself without the noise of a crowded neighborhood as it is located on a private 4 acres lot. A short 3 minutes walk on a bucolic path takes you right to a beautiful beach on the sea.
Usually there is no one on this beach so you will be alone with the sun, the waves of the sea and the shells. But if you like action, La Maison du Bonheur is located at only 15 minutes from the more touristic village Carleton-sur-Mer where you will find fisheries, shops, cafés, breweries, boutiques, stores, activities, beaches, crowds etc.
