Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located space! This upstairs unit features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and dining for up to six with a spacious living room.

This main level home features 3 bedrooms, 1  full bath.  The primary bedroom is over sized and includes a workspace if you have to work. Dining is set up for six and there is a spacious living room all in an open concept living environment.  We have a large back yard with fire pit and BBQ.

Essex Junction is in the heart of Chittenden County, and is close to ski resorts, bike trails, shopping and amazing food!

We live close-by, but offsite, but are always a phone call, text or email away. Feel free to let us know if you need anything or have any questions!

Abnaki Avenue is in a residential area within Essex Junction. The area is just 15 minutes to Burlington, and a short drive to many shops, restaurants and recreational experiences.

There is room for two cars on the right hand side of the driveway, one in front of the other.

Please note, this property also features a two bedroom one bath basement unit with separate entrance and is also available to rent if you need more space. Both units are standalone and fully equipped.  While they are separate units, they do share a rear stairwell that leads to the shared back yard.

The house was perfect for our needs. Very well appointed inside, with very nice bedrooms. Beautifully clean. A draining board for dishes could be added either on the countertop or in the second sink. We used the BBQ. We also tried to start the gas firepit, but couldn't. It would have been nice if it had worked. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation.

Several close college friends and I who are alums of a small Vermont college, a d have known each other for thirty years decided to have a little fall reunion near the Burlington area, and being the only boy of the group, they left it my hands to find a place to stay. I found this gem, and booked it immediately, only to find that I needed to adjust the dates last minute. Everything worked out splendid in the end. I notified the host about my error, and we quickly resolved the situation. Communication was prompt and courteous. And the space was exactly as described. I’d highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Outstanding house
We had a perfect stay in this house in Essex Junction. It was beautifully redone and was outfitted with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable; the linens were also excellent quality. Checking in was easy and the owner was very helpful throughout our stay.

Rental for UVM Graduation Weekend
This was a great rental for graduation weekend for our family. 10-15 minute drive from Campus, clean and Comfortable, recently updated. Had everything we needed including laundry and ironing, etc. We planned to use backyard fire pit but due to busy schedule we did not get the chance. Neighborhood felt Safe and some eateries close by. Owner was very responsive and available. Would recommend this rental!
