This attractive apartment for 4, just 2 minutes from the Mediterranean coast, makes an ideal base for a relaxed beach holiday. Set in a quiet condominium, with a shared outdoor pool, but just 30 minutes from glamorous Marbella, the apartment offers the best of both worlds. The area is known for its micro-climate and has over 320 days of sunshine every year, making it a great option at any time of year.
The duplex is on the first floor and has wonderful views of the sea from the balcony. The balcony, which is off the living area, acts as an extension of the apartment. There is a dining table for meals al fresco, plus sun loungers for guests to relax in peace. The apartment also has a roof terrace with panoramic 360° views over the sea and surrounding area.
Indoors, the stylish living area is furnished with a large sofa, flat-screen TV and a second dining table and chairs. Location The condominium is on the southern edge of Estepona which hugs the coast and is home to many fine long beaches. Playa de la Galera (3 minutes) is relatively quiet with good water quality, which makes it a popular area for scuba diving.
The centre of Estepona (15 minutes) has charming traditional Andalusian architecture and is decked with flowers throughout the year. The cobbled pedestrian streets are ideal for families who want to explore the town. The town’s weekly market (Wednesday) is worth a visit. It is one of the best in Andalucia, and you will be able to find the best local produce to cook at home.
