This Stylish modern spacious second floor apartment provides WiFi /Broadband with lots of popular English and Spanish speaking TV channels for entertainment.This large and spacious apartment has been built to a very high standard with luxury finishing's, including marble floors throughout, fully fitted kitchen, travertine marble bathrooms with under-floor heating, air-conditioning etc. located between Marbella and Estepona, which are both only a few minutes away by car or Taxi. The La resina golf complexes location consists of everything you will possibly require for a great holiday. The apartment is only a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport.The apartment has beautiful sea and mountain views over looking the beautifully maintained La Resina Golf Course and Country Club, which is easily accessible few minutes walk away.The apartment also has spectacular views over looking the Sewlo Nature Safari Park which is highly recommended for a visit for an adventurous and enjoyable day out. The apartment is located in a beautiful complex with breathtaking scenery. Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines formidables dans un appartement trĂšs spacieux et trĂšs confortable et le plus avec la climatisation au vu des grosses chaleurs parfait et la rĂ©sidence au top avec les 3 piscines . Nous avions une grandes terrasse vue sur la mer au loin et de l autre cĂŽtĂ© vue sur la montagne Je recommande vivement Mes filles avez leurs chambres et leurs salles de bains et nous aussi de notre cĂŽtĂ© 🙂. Le seul petit point nĂ©gatif que je pourrais donner c est le matelas du lit 2 places pas confortable, trop mou donc mal au dos !! Une bonne adresse nous reviendrons avec plaisir Je recommande

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Resina. L'appartement était trÚs grand et correspond à l'annonce faites par James. La vue sur mer depuis la terrasse est trÚs agréable et de l'autre coté vous avez vue sur la montagne et la parc Naturel. L'endroit est sécurisé et calme et l'accÚs aux piscines est trÚs facile. Merci aussi à Mikael pour son accueil.

Ein toller Urlaub :)

Wir haben James Ferienwohnung fĂŒr 21 Tage gebucht. Schon bevor wir ankamen, wurde mit uns per Email und Whatsapp kommuniziert. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir vor der Tiefgerageneinfahrt empfangen und uns wurde unser Stellplatz gezeigt. Dann ging es per Aufzug in die erste Etage zur Ferienunterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern. Zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, zwei BĂ€der, KĂŒche, Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer und ein großer Balkon. Die KĂŒche ist super bestĂŒckt mit allen KĂŒchenutensilien, die man fĂŒr den Urlaub so braucht, Toaster, Wasserkocher, etc. Betten waren bezogen und HandtĂŒcher lagen auch in ausreichender Zahl bereit. ZusĂ€tzlich stand an jedem Waschbecken Seife und Creme :) Zur Anlage: Diese war sehr sauber, wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig von GĂ€rtnern gepflegt. Es gibt zwei recht große Pools, die auch sehr sauber waren. Liegen sind auch an beiden Pools vorhanden. Wenn man Fragen hat, kann man James, oder den Kontakt vor Ort anschreiben. Außerdem liegt auf dem Esszimmertisch eine Mappe mit Restaurants und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass James bei Fragen derart schnell antwortet, wir waren wirklich ĂŒberrascht ĂŒber den tollen und guten Service. Wir haben uns absolut wohl und sicher in dieser Wohnung gefĂŒhlt. Ganz lieben Dank, Birgit und Frank :)

Hemos estado muy a gusto en este apartamento, la vajilla, ropa de cama y toallas, estancia, terraza...todo limpio y aseado. Tuvimos un problema con la televisiĂłn del cuarto principal y enseguida nos lo arreglaron. Tiene detalles en los que se nota que no es nuevo, pero todo funciona. La piscina es tranquila Perfectamente

Familienurlaub

Das Apartment liegt in einer Anlage an einem Hang. Leider wird aktuell rundherum gebaut weshalb es in der Woche von frĂŒh Morgens an, relativ laut ist. GrundsĂ€tzlich ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gartenanlage sowie die beiden Pools sind gepflegt. Es ist jedoch ein lĂ€ngerer Fußmarsch um diese zu erreichen. Leider war dort anders als beschrieben weder ein Whirlpool noch eine Grill. Auf der Terrasse. Der vom Vermieter beauftragte Makler sprach leider kaum Englisch. Alles in allem war es trotzdem OK.

A perfect view

A south facing spacious apartment with sea views to the front, mountain views to the rear and the distant sounds of the wild animals from the local Selwo Adventura Park! Such views only come with hills! The property has secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment. It is well equipped and there are also a number of the principal UK TV channels. The urbanisation is very clean, well maintained and includes two good sized swimming pools. A great location for visiting Estepona, San Pedro de Alcantara and Marbella. Very responsive owner always available.

Large apartment with great pool

The property is exactly like the photos. The befrooms are a good size with plenty of storage. 2 bathrooms that are tastefully decorated and soap was provided. Kitchen was well equipped and people had left a selection of spices and filter papers for the coffee machine. The 2 pools were lovely and warm , sunloungers and sunshades were easily available for everyone. Charcoal BBQ on the large balcony with a sofa and chairs. James communicated with us easily ,we did have a problem with the communication with the property managers email but whatapp message worked well. There is a lidl 10 mins away and Estepona is approx 15 mins depending on traffic. A big carrefour is also in Estepona. We enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing

Spacious, clean apartment with outstanding views and great facilities on a quiet golf course.

This spacious apartment was perfect for our family of 3 during a week-long stay in Estepona. Very clean, self-catering, modern apartment, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with all mod cons - fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, wifi, etc..plus a large south facing balcony with views to the sea. The complex has 2 excellent swimming pools, both beautifully clean, within very well kept grounds all gated and safe. We also played 3 rounds of golf while there which was convenient with the clubhouse within walking distance. Tee times were always available with clubs to rent so it was easy to just turn up and play. It never felt crowded anywhere during our stay and was generally very quiet. As stated in the property advert you will need a car as this is out of the main town, but not that far to drive. 10 minutes to downtown Estepona, 5 mins to the beach and the property has an allocated underground parking space. Communication direct with the owner by email and the local manager by text for pickup and handover was always smooth and efficient and worked very well. All in all a fantastic place to stay for some R&R and we would highly recommend it..

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. There was everything anyone could want out of a vacation. Ideally situated in a private community, situated in the hills roughly inbetween Estepona and Marbella short drive to either. The appartment itself was very modern, clean and had a wonderful large balcony overlooking the golf course and fanstastic views to the sea. The community itself is really peaceful, with nice gardens and 3 swimming pools. There is underground secure parking which was a bonus. The Owner himself James is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He replied to all our question in quick time and he is extremely trusting which is a rare thing. I would recommend this appartment to all groups. Thank you James.
