Welcome to your perfect Exeter getaway! This beautifully renovated 2 bed top-floor apartment offers a bright, peaceful retreat just a 10minute walk to the heart of the city. This apartment also boasts having underfloor heating throughout for those cold winter days and a lovely cool and bright space for those warm summer months!



PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2nd floor apartment without lift access so there are stairs to the property. If you struggle with stairs this unfortunately may not be for you.



The Space:

There are 2 large bedrooms both with King size beds (one which can be split into 2 large singles) and a large living room with a double sofa bed should you need it. The bathroom and kitchen are both brand new and fully stocked with everything you should need :)

Very comfortable and elegant flat which has clearly been newly renovated. Conveniently located for walking to city centre -15/20 minutes- or to a large Waitrose -5 minutes- from where there are lots of buses. Ideal really.

Aron was a very kind and responsive host, which was good since there was some confusion around check-in. House numbering and lock box were difficult to find in the dark when we first arrived late. The building itself is older, so using the keys in the doors was initially tricky. That said the apartment itself is spacious, renovated, beautiful, and comfortable and very well located a 15 minute walk from the city centre and a 5 min walk to a large grocery store.
