The Hideout is set in a quiet residential area of Exmouth, offering a peaceful place to relax while still being close to the heart of town. The neighbourhood is friendly and well-kept, with a relaxed seaside atmosphere that guests tend to love. Within a short walk you’ll find the town centre, seafront, coastal paths, local shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants. The area is ideal for morning walks, beach days, and exploring the Jurassic Coast, while evenings remain calm and low-key. As this is a residential neighbourhood, guests are kindly asked to be respectful of neighbours, particularly during the late evening hours.



Getting Around:

The Hideout is well located for exploring both Exmouth and the surrounding area. Exmouth town centre and beach are within easy walking distance, with plenty of shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants close by. For guests wishing to explore further afield, the train station and local bus services are nearby. Bicton Park and Gardens is approximately a 10–15 minute drive, while the historic city of Exeter is around 25–30 minutes away by car or train, offering excellent shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. Other nearby highlights include Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth, and the Jurassic Coast, all easily accessible for day trips. Limited on-street parking is available locally, so guests travelling by car are advised to plan parking in advance.
