Vacation Home "Das Bergzeit" with Mountain View, Wi-Fi, Garden & Terrace

The little vacation home "Das Bergzeit" also called ZugspitzhÀusel, is a small newly built vacation home in the quiet climatic health resort of Farchant and with a view of the Zugspitze. The as good as new and comfortably furnished little house has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet and thus accommodates 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), underfloor heating and two SAT-TVs. A baby cot and highchair can be added free of charge.

The cottage also has a private garden with a covered terrace and a sitting set.

ZugspitzhĂ€usel is quietly located in the climatic health resort of Farchant, 4 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Right outside the door are beautiful hiking trails, also along the water falls. A selection of restaurants, cafĂ©s and bars can be reached after a 4-10-minute walk. A village store is just a 6-minute walk away (500m). Within 10 minutes on foot, you can reach playgrounds and an outdoor pool - 2 golf courses are also nearby. Furthermore, it is between 5-8 km from mountains such as the Zugspitze and Partnachklamm, and the lake Eibsee is 25 minutes by car away. A ski resort is about 15 minutes away. A bus stop can be reached after only 5 minutes on foot. To FĂŒssen it is about 31 km, Seefeld is 40 km away, and you can reach Innsbruck after 37 km. The nearest airport is Memmingen Airport - 83 km away.

Super gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Garten,sauberer Zustand mit sehr guter Ausstattung.Sehr schöne Lage im Ort fĂŒr Unternehmungen.Im Ort gibt es BĂ€cker und Restaurants fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Wir waren mit Hund dort und wurden von der Vermieterin herzlich empfangen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung / Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Super Haus, sehr sauber und mit schönem Blick auf die Berge.

Besser geht nicht, wir kommen gerne wieder

Pros: Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich empfangen und in ein wirklich schönes Haus gefĂŒhrt. Sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und blitzsauber. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist wirklich nichts getĂŒrkt. Es war alles, wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Seht Euch die Bilder in der Beschreibung an, alles haben wir so auch vorgefunden. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Zugspitze Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort und haben und super wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Gastgeberin wĂ€re fĂŒr uns zu jederzeit zu erreichen gewesen, persönlich oder per Handy. Wer mit Hund kommt hat in direkter NĂ€he zum Haus schöne Wege fĂŒr eine Morgen- oder Abendrunde oder auch lĂ€ngere Runden. Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Cons: es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Von Farchant aus kann man viele Wanderungen unternehmen

Pros: Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und es war angenehm kĂŒhl in den heißen Tagen, die wir dort verbracht haben. Die Eisdiele im Ort sowie das Freibad sind sehr zu empfehlen :-) Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an die Vermieterin wenden. Cons: Dass die Region touristisch sehr ĂŒberlaufen ist. Wir sind noch an die Schulferien gebunden und waren in Garmisch-Patenkirchen erstmals mit Menschenmassen am Urlaubsort konfrontiert. Auch in Farchant sollte man in der Hochsaison definitiv einen Tisch im Restaurant reservieren, ansonsten hat man schlechte Karten. Auf den Wanderungen war es dann entspannter und wunderschön. Wer eine Klamm besuchen und durchwandern oder gar die Zugspitze mit der Bahn erklimmen möchte, sollte das allerfrĂŒheste Ticket buchen und am besten mit dem Bus anreisen, denn selbst die ParkplĂ€tze sind sehr schnell ausgebucht.

Ein Haus zum WohlfĂŒhlen !

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet, Fußbodenheizung, Stres- less Sessel zum Entspannen ( ich habe mir nach dem Urlaub auch gleich einen bestellt :-)) Es war total sauber 
 ein kleiner Garten fĂŒr Hunde. Die Gastgebern Heike ist ein Schatz, super nett und hilfsbereit
 Also ich kann die Wohnung absolut empfehlen, weil sie zudem auch noch sehr gĂŒnstig liegt. Vom Schlafzimmer aus sieht man die Zugspitze 
 Also, was will man mehr ! Wenn ich noch einmal in dieser Gegend Urlaub mache, buche ich wieder bei Heike !

Eine super Wohnung mit einer ganz tollen Vermieterin

Pros: Die Lage,fĂŒr alle unserer Ziele ,ein super Ausgangspunkt. Unsere Hunde durfte durch den eingezĂ€unten Garten .Die SpaziergĂ€nge durch den Ort und angrenzenden Wald waren klasse. Schade,das der Urlaub vorbei ist.. WĂŒrden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Pros: Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden im September 23 fĂŒr eine Woche zu Gast in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das gesamte Objekt war Piksauber, hochwertig und modern eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und bodenstĂ€ndig und hat uns sehr viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub und kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Cons: Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub

Pros: Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Ort liegt so zentral, dass man nahezu alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten in KĂŒrze erreichen kann. Aber auch ohne Auto gibt es sehr viel zu erkunden und zu Erwandern. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und das sicher eingezĂ€unte GartenstĂŒck war optimal. Cons: Wir haben gar nichts zu bemĂ€ngeln.
