Welcome to this cozy condo in the heart of Fenwick Island! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is conveniently located in Fenwick Towne Village just one block from the beach, and steps to the area’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and charming boutiques. The location cannot be beat! Upon entering from the second floor of the building, you’ll be greeted with views of the canal from the front balcony. Step in and you will find an open-concept living and dining area, creating a welcoming and airy space. The downstairs is equipped with a spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, storage space from numerous cabinets and closets, and a full bathroom. Wander up to the second floor to find both generous-sized bedrooms and a newly renovated full bathroom. There are two assigned spots in the building's parking lot, as well as a town of Fenwick parking pass should you decide to make the short drive to the beach. There is limited storage in a locked container on the ground level at the bottom of the stairs to stash your beach chairs and toys.

Wonderful Property, Perfect Location

CJ’s condo is a wonderful place to stay in Fenwick! It is updated and clean, beds are comfortable, having 2 bathrooms was great! There’s a nice spot to sit out on the porch overlooking the canal. The kitchen has everything you need except a coffee maker so we brought our keurig mini which was no problem! Communication was prompt and great. The location cannot be beat. All of Fenwick’s best spots are within walking distance. We highly recommend this property!

Exceptional Stay with Perfect Location

I had an outstanding experience staying at this VRBO property! From start to finish, C.J. was amazing to work with, making the entire booking process smooth and hassle-free. The property itself was clean and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect home base for our vacation. Despite being on the bay side, the location is just steps from the beach—conveniently positioned at the corner of a crosswalk and only a block from the beach entrance. We were traveling with small kids, and we had no issues at all getting to the beach. The property is also ideally situated for exploring local restaurants and attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. One of the highlights of our stay was watching a blue heron feeding in the canal right outside our front door. Overall, it was a phenomenal vacation, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!
