Gorgeous three bedroom apartment located on Borgo San Jacopo in the Oltrarno neighborhood of Florence. This area of the Old City has some of the best restaurants, cafes, boutique stores and artisan shops in the city. The Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Gardens are just outside your front door. There are also wonderful markets in the mornings at Piazza Santo Spirito.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor (7 up) with elevator in a residential building. As you enter the apartment you walk into the living room and kitchen area, which also has a dining table suitable for 6 people. There is also a small bar area facing the kitchen with two bar chairs. Off this room you walk out to the large terrace. This terrace has an additional dining table and two lounge chairs.

Through the dining area, you walk to the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Down the hallway on the right hand side there is a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. On your left hand side there are two additional bedrooms with bathrooms. All bathrooms have been completely updated and have showers. In the master bathroom, there is a bathtub. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms to the left of the hallway also have access to the terrace.

The apartment comes fully equipped with air conditioning throughout, washing machine & dryer, oven, stove, satellite TV, microwave, WIFI. Pets are welcomed for additional final cleaning fee, please inquire with our sales team for additional information.

Clean and in a great location! Small 3 adult elevator so you may have to take multiple trips if you have a bigger group. Beds were pretty hard. Washer and dryer in the unit was amazing.

Loved this apartment!

This apartment was very clean, very roomy for our family of five, loved that there was an elevator since this apartment is on the sixth floor, and the location was so convenient to all!! Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Florence!!

My husband and I rented the Apartment for our family, which includes six adults. It was perfect for our trip! I loved the location, the communication with the apartment manager, and the immaculate apartment. Having an elevator was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Florence Apt in THE BEST location

We had 3 generations from the States visiting Florence and this apartment was perfect for ages 20-80somethings. It has an elevator which was key for our older family members and was a well maintained quiet building & had modern conveniences (good AC/shower pressure etc). Great management who met us there and showed us everything. Literally steps out the front door is the Ponte Vecchio and on oltrarno side. Perfect for main attractions, but also minutes from areas and piazzas less crowded by tourists. Sunny terrace an added bonus. We would stay here again in a heart beat. The location cannot be beat for seeing everything.

Our sanctuary

This apartment is located in the heart of the Ponte Vecchio crowd but when we stepped into the apartment everything was safe and quiet. Very spacious for Italy standards. Nicest place I’ve stayed in Italy. Little language barrier with rental company but it all worked out in the end.

Great location but…

Great location. Nice large bedrooms and baths. The view, however is directly to other building across the street which is not indicated on site. The balcony furniture has no cushions for seating on the furniture. Kitchen well equipped. Main living area much smaller than photos may indicate. Also on first day, requested replacement of light bulbs in bathroom and was never accomplished. Check in went well, however our flight was delayed and extra euros charged fairly high for late check in. This is indicated upon booking but seems excessive never the less.

Great stay!

The location of this property was perfect for a stay in Florence. It was easy to walk to the main attractions and there was a grocery store nearby. It is on the top level, so it was quiet and we enjoyed having the outdoor space. Overall, we had a great stay!
