Parfait !

L’appartement est nickel, bien dĂ©corĂ© confortable et propre ! Il est proche de tout, tant de la gare (sans ĂȘtre collĂ©) que du centre ville et des monuments importants Ă  visiter ! Je conseille fortement ce logement !

Excellent séjour.

Quelques difficultĂ©s Ă  prendre possession de l’appartement mais aprĂšs que du bonheur. TrĂšs trĂšs propre , agrĂ©able , clair et trĂšs bonne literie je recommande vivement. Merci Ă  la personne qui fait le mĂ©nage 👍 quand Ă  Florence c’est super joli.

Bel appartement et bon emplacement

Les propriétaires sont faciles à rejoindre, l'appartement était propre et en ordre, seulement le lit n'était pas fait. L'emplacement permet de se déplacer à pied pour accéder aux principaux sites à visiter.

Stayed 5 nights in October. Perfect location close to train station. Space was super clean and large enough for my sister and I. Bathroom was spacious. Host had great info on the area. My nephew and his wife stayed here last May and gave rave reviews. Stairs were steep going up but after all the awesome food in Florence we needed the extra workout! Would definitely stay here again.

Just as pictured! Cute apartment near the heart of Florence with AC and kitchen appliances. For 2 people, this apartment is great with enough room to move around. No elevator so not great for people with mobility concerns. Only comment would be it would be great to have a hair dryer. Overall pleased with our stay

An easy seamless check-in process making it easy to arrive when we wanted to after leaving northern Italy Bonus having streaming TV for days when we rested in the afternoon Lots of steps to get in that helped walk off all the awesome food We found great trattorias and coffee spots and it was an easy walk into old town. Happy to recommend as a good spot to stay Washing machine was great aa it was good to do wash before departing onto Rome

Overall our stay was satisfactory. The good things were the bed. Super comfortable. The not so good things
the A/C. There were no instructions on how to operate. There was a thermostat on the wall which we couldnt get to work. We tried contacting the host but it was Friday evening and at first she wasn’t responding. It was 82F in the unit for almost a half hour till her husband called and walked me through turning the two over-the-door units on using a remote control. There were nonwritten instructions. Also, we wanted to do laundry but the wahing machine was quite dilapidated and we had no idea how to use it. Didn’t see a dryer. Found out from the Europeans that washer and dryer are both one unit. Didn’t know that either. Pictures were no really accurate. No live plants in unit. Expected a better view than what was reality. I attached pictures so others can see what view out the window is. We knew about the steep steps so we were ok with that. The unit is in a great location. Walkable to everything. Don’t let the graffiti disuade you. It was a lovely, were safe walk to everything. Overall, it met our needs but I was a bit disappointed.

Beware of the neighborhood

The positives:Apartment was comfortable once inside the actual apartment. It’s close to the train station, but not super convenient if you’re pulling luggage (with the very bumpy walkways)The negatives:MANY MANY MANY STAIRS TO GET INThe neighborhood felt unsafe, especially after darkThere was absolutely nothing in the apartment other than a bit of coffee. There were plates, flatware and a few other items, but after a long day of travel, there was nothing else. No toiletries either. The bathroom had a separate shower, toilet area, that has a BIG step down to the sink, and very slippery tile flooring. My husband took a very hard fall from there, cutting and bruising his arm. Thank goodness that was all. He is 80 years old. Needs more window coverings.

It was a cute little place! There are stairs and no lift, but we knew that going in so was not a problem... it's on a quieter street away from most places but a short walk can get you to many. It was clean and small but had all we needed. There's not much of a view, so that was a little disappointing, but we spent most of our time out taking in all the views! It's close to the Novella train station and Piazza SM Novella and great restaurants! We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back.

This place was great! I would highly recommend it. It's close to the train station and the main attractions. There are restaurants on every corner of this street too. The place was super clean, the wifi worked great, and the air conditioning was really cold for those hot days. We really appreciated being able to do laundry with a dryer built in it as well. 10/10 would stay again.
