La Poetessa is a stunning Tuscan retreat, nestled in the hills around Florence in the landscape that once inspired Dante. Recently restored, this historic mansion combines literary heritage with refined comfort, offering a unique escape in one of Italy’s most artistic regions.Set within private, manicured grounds, the villa exudes tranquillity and charm. Inside, elegant yet welcoming interiors blend period character with modern amenities. The dining room, crowned by a coloured glass chandelier, is a refined space for group meals, while the luminous drawing room in warm hues of salmon and yellow provides a stylish place to relax. Guests can also retreat to the conservatory, bijou study, or farmhouse-style kitchen with state-of-the-art fittings.Accommodating up to ten guests, La Poetessa offers five beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Decorated in soft pistachio, taupe, or playful pink, the rooms feature antique furnishings, cotton linens, and regal details. The bathrooms are equally opulent, complete with chandeliers and elegant colour schemes.Outdoors, the villa is just as enchanting. A covered veranda sets the scene for al fresco dining, while terraces with loungers invite you to soak in the views. The gardens, shaded by pines and lined with pink hydrangeas, offer pathways to explore and moments of quiet reflection. The highlight is the inviting swimming pool, surrounded by pristine lawns, alongside a bubbling hot tub for six.

Extra €750, payable locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
