Its central position between Santa Maria Novella Church, undoubtedly one of the greatest masterpieces of the thirteenth century, and the Arno River, allows you to reach all major sites such as the Dome of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery, Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria easily by foot. Moreover, if you have a car, there's a car park just in front of my house. The newly refurbished apartment is comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday in the “Cradle of the Renaissance”. It is situated in a quiet area and consists of a large living room, perfect for relaxation after a stroll, a modern kitchen with all you need to cook for yourself, one bathroom and a charming bedroom with a balcony. In the living room there is also a sofa bed, which makes the apartment ideal for a couple or for a family of 4 people.

The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and within walking distance of the train station and within walking distance of most of the sights of Florence.There are plenty of places close by for lunch and dinner or just a coffee. Grocery shops are also plentiful and close by. The only negative is construction noise from behind the apartment which occurs between 7:30 and 16:00 during the week. As we were out for most of this time it did not affect us. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Our thanks to Daniel who was very helpful and informative, especially about the art history of Florence.

Wonderful Apartment in Florence

We had such a nice stay! Communication with Daniel prior to arrival was great. He met us at the apartment when we arrived to show us around and answer any questions. Daniel checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. And it was! The apartment was clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed. The bed was great and the shower was awesome. I travel A LOT for work and judge hotels on their beds, shower heads and towels. All 3 categories receive highest marks in my opinion! I would put this apartment up against any 5-star hotel! Maybe not as glamorous or luxurious as a 5-star hotel, but every bit as comfortable. Also- we cooked dinner 2 nights in the apartment and found the kitchen and its amenities to have everything we needed. Wifi worked great and the location is perfect! Close to the train station, so you don't have to drag your bags too far, and an easy walk to everything that we wanted to see. We searched VRBO apartments for weeks before deciding on this one. Don't waste your time- we've done the research for you. This is your best option in Florence. Enjoy and Happy Travels!

Chouette appartement, conforme à la description

L'appartement est bien situé (à proximité de la gare, d'une pharmacie et d'une supérette) et l'on peut rejoindre rapidement les attractions touristiques de Florence. Quartier immédiat un peu 'glauque' le soir mais rien d'inquiétant. L'appartement est silencieux , bien équipé et agréable.

Wohnung sehr ruhig nach dem Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Aussicht daher nicht so toll. Sehr zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und vielen Buslinien.
