A comfortable ground-floor apartment in a typical Florentine building. Thanks to its central location, it offers easy access to all the main attractions of the historic center. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Duomo, in a neighborhood full of restaurants and traditional shops. It features two spacious double bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers (one of which is en-suite), a fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop, and an internal courtyard.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ââallowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.Â
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

HEATING REGULATIONS: In accordance with Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022, issued by the Ministry for Ecological Transition, for the 2022-2023 winter season, the Municipality of Florence is permitted to operate heating systems from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. This was a wonderful location! It was very close to the Duomo and walking distance to anything youâd want to see. When we couldnât figure out the induction stove top, we were able to be in touch with the managers quickly and received great instruction. I would definitely stay here again! It certainly enhanced our trip to Florence!
I was disappointed with my stay, I thought I had paid in advance but found out 2 days before arrival they didnât accept AE. The little patio area smelled like sewer & the 3 story apartments above us would pour water or something out it would be on your patio where you dry your clothes. The apartment smelled as welll there were no screens on the bedroom window so you could not open your window. The mattresses are terrible, the electricity went out twice. We did not use the tv but they had a sign up that if the internet goes out & they have to call a technician if itâs your fault you will pay & to check on pricing before scheduling. There is additional approximate 200 due at check in taxes we were told. It is in the middle of the historic area but very crowded streets lots of cafes but very touristy. I probably would not stay there again.
My sister stayed here. This is her comment. It was a clean accommodation, it had rained one night so there was a water leak in the living area, we had left a note for the owner. It had all the amenities we needed, bed was comfortable, we took advantage of the washing machine which was a bonus. Walking distance to all restaurant's, bus stops, metro .. Second bedroom which we didn't use quarters are meant for children not typically adults... twin size beds.. but can get by with average size adults..
Great location and as advertised. We were close to the Cathedral but in a neighborhood which is exactly where we like to stay to absorb the culture. The person greeting us was prompt and informative. And when we blew a fuse (don't pull that string) he was quick to respond and resolve the issue.
