The room was very tight. Bathroom door made lots of noise. Discount experience, poor pillows and bedding, bathroom supplies mediocre. Whole experience generally mediocre. Staff was absolutely fine but stay barely step above motel.

Only one ice machine. Thats in the lobby. Level 3 button stopped working in elevator. Reported it, had it fixed in about 2 hours. Broke again a few hours later. Has lights outside ained directly at buildong and into windows on third floor. Shades blocked most light but not all. Not a quiet atmosphere at night at all. Was decent for the price

The room was without any safety rugs for traction. I fell while there and still have pain in my neck, and where my head hit the bed. The chair I sat down in was on rollers on laminate flooring. The chair had no locks on the wheels. The head of housekeeping said she would bring me an ice pack for my head, but she did not. Also, the mattress sits on a base that moves away when you sit down. No safety rugs between the beds to give you traction.
