*Grill Master's Charleston will be on site at their discretion once a month to do a maintenance cleaning of the grill. This is to keep the equipment in working order, and they will not need access to the home. They will be cleaning:

Wonderful home

This home is a hidden gem. The landscaping, yard, and dock on the marsh are immaculately designed and maintained. The kitchen is the nicest I’ve had in a vacation property. Plenty of amenities. With 7 people showering, we never ran out of hot water. It’s a very quick walk to the sand, and the sunset out the back above the marsh is absolutely stunning. Would 100% return to Captain Morgan’s again!

Amazing property on Folly Beach

This house is nothing short of spectacular. The view of the marsh from the back porch during the evening and sunset was absolutely stunning. Beach access was a walk across the street to a public access point that took maybe 2 minutes to get to. The back porch had amazing furniture and a large table for outdoor dining. The kitchen was amazing with a large marble island and everything you would need from all clad pots and pans to wustoff cutlery. Gas stove was great for cooking all our meals. The master room is huge and has a beautiful balcony view of sunset and the Morris Island Lighthouse as well. The Stay Duvet staff did an exclellent job as well. We had a small issue in the kitchen and it was resolved by an on-island employee in less than half an hour. Absolutely incredible stay. I would and have already recommended this property to friends and family. We're already planning a follow on visit.

Lovely beach house

We've stayed at many VERBOs on the South Carolina barrier islands, but this house tops the cake. What an amazing property. Reasons: Very clean/absolutely beautiful property/all the amenities one could ask for/close to beach access/property managers are responsive and helpful.. I could go on and on. A dream vacation for sure. Would recommend to family and friends. :-)

Great Property!

The first property we booked ended up with flood damage before we checked in. We were notified immediately and we were offered three choices of houses to choose from. The one I chose was more expensive but we were not charged the additional cost. The home was beautiful, so clean and a perfect location. It was Easily walkable To everything we wanted to do. We had a great weekend and would definitely rent again!

Would stay again!

Captain Morgan was perfect for our girls weekend/friend reunion. Amazing location with beach access across the street (was easy to return to the house for additional items) and beautiful/peaceful marsh views from the kitchen and decks. Had to contact the property manager for a minor clarification and recieved a quick and timely response. Greatly appreciated the outdoor shower after trips to the beach. The house had a few boogie boards, a couple beach chairs and lots of games to choose from. Kitchen is well stocked with numerous pots/pans/cooking utensils. Came across multiple dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers, but nothing major. The driveway is very tight and took some extra planning/strategy. Interior stairs are uneven height as well as not level so require some balance and concentration. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level if anyone has balance issues, has trouble walking, or needs to avoid the stairs. Overall, the house was neat, clean, comfortable and very relaxing space for 7 adults. Would happily return for a future stay!

Lovely retreat

Captain Morgans offered my family group of 9 a relaxing and fun home base for our first trip to Folly. The layout, decor, and landscaping were picture perfect. Every need was met, and lots of extras! We appreciated the quick access to the beach from the front and amazing marshland and lighthouse view from the pier in the back. We will most definitely return!
