Has potential
The property has great potential as it has very nice facilities and the apartment is wonderful but in need of maintenance/better cleaning. Owner was very attentive and quick to respond which was great! Staff on site were very friendly and helpful. Upon re-looking at the photos on the listing it is clear they are not of the actual apartment but general stock photos of apartments in the building. The actual apartment needed some maintenance like balcony chair coming apart, table in the dining area with top that wobbles (could be dangerous if you lean on it), furniture with laminate torn off, and bathroom wall needing repair. Additionally the apartment was not fully cleaned as the table on the balcony (as well as the tile floor out there) was filthy...it took several wipe downs to not have the paper towel turn completely black. Drawers in the bedroom could have easily been vacuumed out but instead I had to clean them out myself so I could use them. Easy things that could make a big difference. The additional "resort fee" was a bit frustrating as it was supposed to entitle us to the use of all the extras on the property but instead we got a super slow/frustrating elevator that caused all guests to be irritable and tennis courts that even we reserved we never got to use. The front desk told us to get the rackets and balls from the people who were on the court when they were done but they would not give them to use because they needed to return them to get their ID back.

Great communication
Communication with condo was great, amenities were wonderful. The condo comes with two beach chairs and four towels per day, which was awesome. The only reason I gave it a four star is a condo could use a little TLC and some extra cleaning.

Holiday getaway
Amazing views of the intercoastal from the large wraparound balcony! Fun to watch the boats cruising by. Condo provided lots of space for 4 adults. The pools were nicely heated and the workout space was ideal for our needs.
