Cable was broken and not working. I asked for a discount for this inconvenience and was told to “go find a new hotel”. We were from out of town with luggage and no car. We could not just go find somewhere else. Breakfast was not good. Room was clean and shuttle from the airport was quick. Very poor customer service.

The room was clean and comfortable. The airport pick-up was quick. The front desk was friendly and attentive to our needs. The daily breakfast was good and well-stocked. The hotel was conveniently located to a variety of restaurants and diners.

This hotel is overrated and overpriced.Firstly we waited over 40 min for the airport shuttle for a 4 min ride to the hotel.We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not tidy out room nor change the towels.I spoke to housekeeping on our floor regarding replenishing the hair conditioner in the shower. We came back 7 hrs later and discovered nothing had been done I complained in person to the front desk and was told that housekeeping "do not speak English". The safes in the whole hotel are unworkable and this appears to be a long standing issue. They should advertise this issue prior to booking a room. There was 1 operating elevator for a 6 storey facility.Also, the tv lost signal several times during our stay and froze. The furniture in our room has had its day with the desk,couch,and dresser appeared well worn.I do not recommend this facility and suggest one look elsewhere for accommodation.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past, the most recent being Nov 2025. Unfortunately, the overall service has declined. Fewer options for breakfast, housekeeping was dreadfully slow (even when requested in advance for a long stay), and room cleanliness was poor. Pitted/rusty lamps on the bedside tables, cracked tiles in the bathroom, and dust/build up on baseboards. It's a shame- The Comfort Inn was always our preferred stay before a cruise. Unfortunately, the most recent experience has left us feeling disappointed and will most likely opt for a different hotel when we return to FLL in March. Note: Despite having in-room safes installed in the closets, they are NOT available for use. We were informed "the service is no longer available". All safes have been permanently locked. Not good when most are travelling with passports and/or valuables.
