I was very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was poorly equipped—there were no paper towels at the sink, no hand towels for drying your hands, and no basic cutlery such as forks, spoons, or knives. These are simple necessities that should already be provided.
Parking was also an issue. You are required to valet your car, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. When my husband offered to pay for the full five-night stay upfront, the staff refused, claiming their machine was not working. Despite this, they hounded us every single night to make a payment. Eventually, they accepted his original offer to pay in full, yet continued to harass us about paying separately for the valet. This behavior was very unprofessional and frustrating.
Breakfast options were extremely limited—mostly carbs and grains, with only apples and bananas as fruit. There was no variety or balance. Additionally, there is no room service unless you pay an extra fee, which was disappointing given the overall cost of the stay.
Overall, the lack of basic amenities, constant payment issues, and unprofessional handling by staff made this an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
