Manager was very receptive good communication house was facilitated with all we needed very clean inside bedding was in need of an upgrade in both rooms the beds were very low to the floor memory foam was lumped in the middle they all seem that way .Lack of outside lighting around the perimeter of the property Also we found it a bit lacking with some sort of window dressings facing the front of the home Overall a nice spot with easy access to everything.

Much needed weekend away

This property is stunning. Everything you need is right there. The house is decorated beautifully. The pool and hot tub perfectly relaxing. Maryna is an excellent host and reached out to make sure the weekend was going well. Will definitely stay here again.

The perfect vacation house

Maryna is a wonderful host. The property is clean, modern, well maintained, and very nicely decorated. The bedding was very comfortable. The pool and backyard area is like your own private little resort. We really enjoyed the pool during the day and the hot tub was great to use at night. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice gas grill in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach and restaurants. Also, Maryna is a wonderful host. During our stay, she messaged me to make sure everything was okay with the house. She was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this house for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Hermosa casa en Fort Lauderdale

La casa es hermosa y muyy confortable, la piscina excelente y el lugar donde estĂĄ la bbq con la mesa y luces de noche es precioso. Los anfitriones siempre pendientes q estemos cĂłmodos inclusive compraron 2 reposeras para q podamos utilizar en la playa. La casa estĂĄ muy bien ubicada cerca de la playa y del centro. Had an amazing time at this home! It is a beautiful bungalow style house with a great private pool and patio. Home is clean and has everything you need. Shower is amazing with the two heads and there is a hammock in the back as well. Great location and pool was heated perfectly. Hope to rent it again soon!

Best Pool House

Honestly one of the best pool houses I’ve rented out. The house was extremely clean and up to date. The backyard was also very clean and completely private. Maryna was such a great host and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay; very clean and comfy, very private, located on a quite street. Close to shopping, restaurants. Short drive to the beach. Host was very welcoming. Easy check in/out process. House was ready before check in time and Maryna let us know. House is very nice and looks just like on pictures. The pool was fabulous. The kitchen has almost everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

NE 17th St house

This house is absolutely adorable, clean, bright, beautiful yard and pool. This has been one of our best VRBO stays. It was soooo nice having the pool, the beaches are too crowded. We were able to go check out Miami/South Beach as well as FT Lauderdale. The neighborhood is very quiet. Could never stay down near the ocean, too many people. This home was perfect. And Maryna is very attentive.

Very nice one perfect for a family of 4. It has all you need. Just wish the floors were cleaner, I reached out and instead of getting a solution she just mentioned the floor was already cleaned, I would of done it but no mop nor swifter wiped in the home. Im not one to walk bare footed but I didn’t travel with slippers and out feet were black just by in the kitchen. Bedding was nice and clean towels were great. Shower had all you needed but they were almost empty. The jacuzzi was a bonus but water didn’t get hot, the pool is also a salt water pool and it wasn’t listed that way but I guess it’s better than nothing . We had to leave the gate open for the pool guy going Thursday and Friday I didn’t feel really safe doing that obviously not being from the area but it was one of the rules. We used the grill but it’s on the other side of the house a bit inconvenient especially at night . Hosted just has to be more specific with the small things BUT it was a great place overall.
