Entire "Toucan" (first floor villa) on canal with PRIVATE SALT WATER HEATED POOL, beautifully remodeled, luxury furnishings, 2 King Bedrooms with blackout shades,
2 Bathrooms, TV's in each bedroom, full living area with 65" flat screen smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, all utilities. Whole house water filtration system, osmosis drinking water. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top stove, stackable washer/dryer. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Mr. Coffee and Keurig); literally your home away from home!

Fully equipped with everything you need to stay for as long as you like.

Private parking for 2 cars on property, gated and secured. This is a private first floor villa of a duplex, owners reside upstairs. Full outdoor kitchen with gas grill at your disposal, awesome outdoor bar for entertaining, outdoor furniture for dining, outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand before jumping in the pool. Everything is lit at night providing a beautiful, peaceful soft glow. Privacy is an important feature for our guests.

We are located North of the Mantanzas bridge, one block to "restaurant row" and two blocks to Time Square and the beach! We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach cart to transport it all! Everything you need within walking distance. Publix is the main grocery store and deliver upon request. Newly opened Margaritaville is two blocks away, all restaurants, bars and spa open to the public.

Everything from the property, the location, the amenities to the host were absolutely perfect! The pool area was literally paradise, kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were super comfortable. We walked and rode the bikes that were provided everywhere. We were there for 3 weeks and felt right at home. Marc and Karen were delightful and couldn’t have been more sweet and respectful and responsive to anything that we needed. But to be honest the place is set up so perfectly that you don’t need to bother them for a thing. Would love to see more of them next year as we already booked for another 3 weeks in 2027. I can’t wait to go back!

We had the best time over a long weekend at Ft Myers Beach! The weather was great, so that definitely helped us Ohioans, but ParrotEyes was perfect! Great amenities
the pool was great, location was amazing (walking distance to beach, bars, & restaurants), and all of the supplies in the house were fabulous! In addition, Karen, the owner, was very responsive to all of my questions! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, the outside bar area was nice to relax and hangout, the pool was clean. They had everything you could possibly want to take to the beach. The owners were friendly, and available with any questions we had as they live upstairs in the top unit. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved the property! The outdoor space was amazing, the pool is a little small for our family but the outside patio area is so very well decorated. We loved the inside and for the size there was plenty of seating. Again, the interior was super cute and loved the decor. The house is licated on the canal and we saw dolphins daily.

A group of mature friends stayed for three days and it was perfect. We laughed, sat by the pool, walked to bars and restaurants and had everything at our disposal in the unit.I have stayed here a few times before and would always recommned.

We couldn’t have ask for a more enjoyable experience! This home was everything advertised. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars, music could not have been better. Such care is given to cleanliness and ANY possible needed items. The tiki on the canal (and the pool) was such an added treat for coffee, drinks and even iguana watching. The host was easy to reach for any questions. We will choose “Parrot Eyes” again!

Parrot Eyes FMB was Paradise!

We have been visiting Fort Myers Beach for a few years now and usually stay at a resort however this time we were traveling with our nephew and his girlfriend so we wanted to find a space we could all be together. The property was absolutely amazing, the online photos do not decieve. Clean inside and out. We enjoyed the privacy and saltwater pool, not too mention ALL of the amenities. Grill outside, plus full kitchen. It was perfect for our quick getaway ( wish we could have stayed longer) and we were all saddened to have to leave for sure! There is truly nothing more you could ask for
just a short walk to the beach & Times Square for meals, beverages and retail shopping. We were able to order some supplies for our stay and have them delivered with no issues making our short stay even easier. It was wonderful to sit outside and relax. Karen & Mark we’re Supreme Hosts, they communicated minimally to lets us know the check in code and to reach out if there was anything they could help with on our stay but beyond that it was so private and peaceful! We absolutely would love to come back and stay! Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Perfect location and Accommodation for Small Fam in Ft Myers Beach

We stayed for spring break 2025 and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of rental. Plenty of dining and shopping options in walking distance, close to the beach, line of sight to the gulf and breezes. The rental is well appointed and comfortable throughout the indoor and outdoor living spaces. We enjoyed lounging in the palapa by the waterway. The kids loved goofing off and dunking each other in the pool and my wife favored the many places to hang out and read a book. Oh and the hosts were very kind and basically invisible to us (as opposed to some owners who might be more prominently present) during the time we were there. Altogether this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in - no exaggeration.

Amazing!

Great place to stay! Karen and Mark were great hosts! Quickly responded to our questions before and during our stay! Location was great to walk to the beach and restaurants. There home is well equipped for everything we needed and was very clean! The kids loved the heated pool and it was a great option when the beach was to windy. We are hoping to come back again!

Beautiful and perfect accommodations! Every comfort of home provided
from fully stocked kitchen and outdoor oasis, to everything you need for a day at the beach! Location is perfect to walk anywhere you need to go. Mark and Karen are wonderful hosts and very prompt with any questions asked. It was everything we had hoped for and more.

Tranquil spot in Ft Myers Beach area just a few steps from everything!

Great property. Nice, clean and comfortable - just as described and shown in the pictures. Outdoor living space is awesome with lots of seating and beautiful landscaping with a view of the canal and a little of the beach between the buildings (not ON the beach). Excellent amenities throughout - comfy beds, high end towels, appliances, and just about any kitchen gadget you can imagine. Walk or bike to everything. I was ok with the owner being on-site/upstairs since I was alone on this trip, and this is my only watch-out - could be off-putting to some people. Overall a total gem :)
