- Please be aware that side-tying on the dock may not be suitable during your stay due to tides and water levels.
- This home is non-smoking, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy on picking up pet waste—failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Unforeseen circumstances (weather, power outages, etc.) are non-refundable, so we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
- Your host is available via VRBO Messenger from 9 AM to 10 PM for any assistance.

The home has private driveway with PLENTY of parking (RARE FIND ON THE BEACH!) for vehicles and a boat trailers!

21542 side of property:
1. 2nd Floor Unit has access at the top of the left stairs with a keypad entry.
2. 1st floor has the brand new game room and half bath with keypad entry.

21540 side of property:
1. 2nd Floor Unit has access at the top of the right stairs with a keypad entry.
2. 1st floor has the brand new home gym with keypad entry.
3. Fenced in pool in the backyard with access from ground level.


Dogs are welcome for an additional 1 time pet fee of $175 per unit at this Duplex. Please let us know if you will be bringing your furry friends so we can let the cleaner know!

We've setup the unit to allow our guests to access the home with keypads but we are available via the VRBO messenger to assist throughout your stay!

Host availability: 9am - 10pm via VRBO messenger for any queries or assistance.

The house manual will provide all sorts of delicious and fun recommendations for things to do and places to shop and eat upon booking!

Heated Pool Details
Our pool is heated year-round at 80°F (set for active play – it will not be bathtub warm) at no extra charge. Please note that during cooler months, the pool temperature may feel cooler due to lower outdoor temperatures. We offer optional additional electric heating for those who prefer to pay for a warmer pool experience:
90°F: $250 per week
96°F: $500 per week
For best results, we recommend using the provided solar cover when the pool is not in use, as it helps retain heat during cooler nights. Guests can easily remove and replace the solar cover manually.
If you’d like to arrange for additional heating before your stay, please let us know in advance so we can ensure it’s ready for your arrival!
