By Bike or Foot: You can walk or bike directly into Lakes Park, which has miles of scenic trails, bike rentals, and nature to enjoy right in your backyard. While the beaches aren’t walkable from the condo, adventurous cyclists can reach Fort Myers Beach in about 45–60 minutes (around 9–10 miles), depending on your pace and traffic.

By Car: Most guests find a car the easiest way to get around. Fort Myers Beach is about a 15–20 minute drive, while Sanibel and Captiva Islands are roughly 25–40 minutes. Shopping, dining, and grocery stores are all within 5–10 minutes.

Public Transit & Rideshare: LeeTran buses serve the area and can take you to Fort Myers Beach, though travel time is longer. Uber and Lyft are also widely available for those who prefer not to drive.

Extended Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 60 days, we require additional cleanings to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A $225 cleaning fee will be applied every 6 weeks beyond the initial 60-day period. This includes a full cleaning service similar to the one done between guest stays.

📝 HOA Approval Process:
After booking, all guests are required to complete an HOA rental approval form, which includes a standard background check. This is simply a formality of the HOA—all guests are approved. Once the form is submitted, the $229.50 fee & 1/2 ($114.50) will refunded directly through the booking channel. This needs to be done 2 weeks prior to check-in.
