Totally refurbished for your comfort and vacation enjoyment. Our goal is to make this condo a place of comfort and a place that you will return to for years to come.
There is so much to enjoy at Ocean Village and the surrounding area of Hutchinson Island.
At our Ocean Village Paradise, besides the Sun and Beach, you may enjoy-
* 3 pools, one main pool complete with a Tiki Bar for snacks, great lunch menu and spirits
* 10 tennis courts and pickle ball courts
* 9 hole, par 3 Golf course
* Bocce ball courts

Please understand, the main pool is under construction. Due to an unfortunate 'popping' of the pool after a tropical storm in November 2023, the pool is being reconstructed.
We are all excited that the pool and Tiki bar are expected to reopen in March 2025!
Until then, there are 2 other pools for your enjoyment at Ocean Village, as well as the Beach!

Spring break

We came down to OV with 5 families. It’s a great place to chill with friends. All units are close together so you can have your own space and don’t feel like you are on top of each other. Unit was very clean. It could use some maintenance (mostly paint) but that was not a big deal to us. Did I mention it was clean! It was well stocked and ready for us when we arrived. Owner was easy to contact.

Loved the condo and property! Only negative comment was the bathroom light went out and we went the last 3 days having potty and shower in the dark. Pam responded very quickly and provided numbers for 2 people on-site but one said it wasn’t their job and the other was too busy on another job.

Excellent ocean condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. There was everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Actually more than we have had during other stays - extra foil, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, storage containers, and plenty of decaf and regular coffee pods! It was a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of towels, couple chairs, cooler, and beach toys. The walk to the pool was a bit further, but there were always chairs available. Only disappointment was the main pool and Tiki bar were closed for renovations (beyond owner’s control). Would definitely recommend this first floor condo!! If you golf, there was 9 hole course on site! Plenty to do in the area. The jetty is a beautiful place to walk. Great farmer’s market on Saturday. If you are a veteran or enjoy military history, the Navy Seal museum is close by.

2025 home away from home

Property and housing was amazing and exactly as described. The convenience of having the beach, pools, a restaurant on the property, and so much more on site. (Only disappointment was the main pool is under construction) I was able to signup for yoga and pool water exercise classes
 we are not a golf family but enjoy watching them play. We also took advantage of the short drive to Fort Pierce Inlet and ate at the many outdoor restaurants

Location of the unit was perfect; very close to golf, gym and restaurant. The unit was clean and kitchen/beach supplies were plentiful. Communication with owner was lacking and resulted in a delayed in... an unfortunate start to a vacation.

Loved the condo and location. Clean & easily accessible. Everything was as stated. Wi-Fi was hit & miss, probably need to be replaced or upgraded. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Snowbird Paradise

We have stayed in this condo for a few years each winter and the multiweek stays have only gotten better each year. If there is a better owner, I have not heard or seen anything that would indicate such. Everything you could need or want is provided and the conditions are as good as it gets. Paradise at the beach!
