Cute house but there was no coffee pot even though the listings stated their was. There are cats always trying to get into the property. Toilet does not flush well.

Overnight stay

We went to Fort Sumner just for one night to attend our cousin’s funeral service. My sister and brother-in-law met us there. We all found the house to be extremely clean and very pleasant. Our only complaint would be that it claimed to sleep 5 people, but there were only 3 bath towels. There were also no kitchen wash rags to clean up dishes and counters. Those would be a big plus. Other than that, no other issues. We will return. Thanks!

I didn't realize that I booked the home on the wrong day of the week. Fortunately no one else had booked it the day I arrived. The property manager spoke mostly Spanish but my wife does also so communicating was easy. The home is still in the process of remodeling but it was fine.
