Welcome to Summer Place #604 — a beautifully designer-remodeled beachfront condo offering stunning direct Gulf views from the heart of the Emerald Coast. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 10 guests, this spacious retreat is perfect for families, couples traveling together, or group beach vacations.

Step out onto the private balcony and take in the breathtaking emerald waters and sugar-white sand while enjoying seating for four. Inside, the thoughtfully updated interior combines coastal elegance with comfort, creating the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners and includes both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and serving pieces. The dining area offers seating for 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and a beautifully updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two full beds, while the third bedroom offers twin-over-twin bunk beds that are perfect for kids. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations.

Lacrosse tournament weekend

Very clean, perfect for a family of five in town for a lacrosse tournament. Location of the property was ideal as it was on the beach and only five minutes to the fields. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Beautifully decorated condo and the view was amazing! Less crowded and more laid back than other nearby resorts. Parking was easy right in front of resort. Chairs and umbrellas come with your stay which was definitely a plus. Beautiful view of fireworks show from the balcony. We will definitely be back to Summer Place!

Condo at Summer Place

The condo was beautiful. It was listed as 3 bedrooms and I didn’t agree with that. The third so called bedroom was just big enough for bunk beds and a night stand with no closet. The floor was dirty so I had to mop the whole condo after we got there.

Just what we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. We only had a couple snags. The showers did not have water pressure. We spoke to the person downstairs and within minutes it was taken care of by maintenance. The view was amazing. We watched Dolphins out our window and we were above the pool but far enough, that the noise from the pool Was not an Issue. We are now looking into a unit with four bedrooms so that we can take our grandkids with us next time. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were so happy to have a clean organized well-maintained Beautiful condo to stay in.

The neighboring resort had a super crowded beach which made me grateful for the much less busy beach in front of Summer Place. My family really enjoyed our stay!Bring/buy: beach towels, beach toys, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags, coffee filters.Walmart delivery service was a good way to not waste vacation time shopping for necessities.

I bought a fifth of Gentlemen Jack at Ft Jackson because it had the US Navy emblem etched on it. Somehow on the trip to Ft Walton Beach the bottle broke, I was so disappointed. I told Corey and Angie the story when we checked in Thursday. Today they asked me to come down to the front desk. They got me a handle of Gentleman Jack and Angie etched the US Navy emblem on it for me!!!! I can’t believe they did that for me!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

For the last 15 years we have been staying on Okaloosa Island and most of the time we have stayed at Summer Place. Condo 604 is by far the best condo we have used. It is beautifully decorated, it has the most fully stocked kitchen, a large TV in each of the rooms, and great balcony furniture. It was a first time visit for our brother and sister-in-law and they could not get over how nice the condo is. Having 2 times the beach service was an added bonus.

Incredible view/pool/beach access and beautifully updated condo!

Reviewer Comments: We loved our visit to Okaloosa Island and our stay in Summer Place 604!The view was INCREDIBLE, pools were perfect, beach access convenient, 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas a huge plus! We loved being on the 6th floor so that it felt more private and up away from the pool noise. We brought our family of 4 and the grandparents. The master suite was perfect for grandparents that expect a modern and comfortable hotel-like experience. The bathroom was beautiful and top notch! What a beautiful ocean view!! There is a sliding door from the master suite onto the 1 balcony. This meant the grandparents could be in their suite or balcony without going through the main room. Then if you wanted to be together just open the door to the main living space or join them on the balcony. The two Queen suite was great with the attached door to the 2nd bathroom. Our kids loved the bunk room!!The kitchen was so well stocked with any dishes, small electric appliances, or utensils you could want! The property description is accurate. The condo is updated, tastefully decorated, clean and well-maintained! We hope to come back here in the future and would definitely recommend this condo and building to friends!For planning purposes - Summer Place 604 provides the bath and kitchen towels. You bring your own beach towels.You will want to bring (or buy) laundry soap/dryer sheets, dishwasher soap, and salt/pepper. We ran out of TP but Legacy gave us more. Only improvements would be black out curtains on the 2nd/3rd rooms and TP holders.There was a pack and play crib in the master closet and a few baby spoons / forks and plenty of plastic plates.We loved being in a condo ON the beach, easy access with a code on the door knob (no digging for keys), walking distance to restaurants, 5 minute drive to the grocery store, walking distance to the Gulfarium, pier, and boardwalk!
