We paid for a luxury condo completely misleading.
The condition of the unit is unacceptable. The tile floor is covered with a poorly glued rug that feels unstable and unsafe, like it could give way when walking on it. The tiles in the center of the floor were raised almost like a roof peek. This caused a tripping hazard in which we have to move the coffee table over it to avoid our family from tripping over. The bathroom sinks and tubs do not drain and back up during use.
Multiple amenities were broken or inadequate. The kitchen blender leaked from the bottom when used, and there were not enough proper cooking utensils for basic meals.
The building itself raised safety concernsâthe elevators feel unreliable and unsafe. Inside the unit, there are no ceiling fans, only cheap floor fans, and the A/C barely works.
All of these issues were reported to management, but they significantly impacted our stay. Yet continued to send maintenance to our condo when we asked them not to bother us while on vacation.
I would have booked a different condo
This unit is poorly maintained, misleadingly advertised, and not worth the cost. I would not stay here again.
We asked for resolution from the unit however they only offered one night stay for an eight night stay
