Clean and quiet place just minutes from a beautiful beach . Also close to great eating establishments. Would stay there again. Just as an FYI there are stairs to this apartment as it is on the third floor and no elevator.

Great location

The condo has a great view of the beach. The beach is easily accessible. The kitchen didn’t have a cabinet of extras (spices, garbage bags, coffee filters..). All the past condos have had those things so just be prepared. There is beach service where you can reserve chairs/umbrella. It was a great comfortable stay!

Great family getaway

We had a great time, the unit was perfect for us, we had great views. Only two negatives, if I can even say that was the counters where a little dirty and the fridge was noisey.We would certainly come back.

Very expensive for poor accomodations

This unit has a spectacular view of ocean and beach. Interior was immaculately clean. The complex was dirty and trashy. The people were noisy. The unit is located bext to the garbage shoot so there was a smell of garbage all the time. The furniture was uncomfortable. The appliance and fixtures are worn and dated. Southern Property never contacted me with check info. I had to contact them. All in all I believe I could have had a much nicer unit for a lot less money if I had looked a little further.

Gem of a condo on a beautiful beach

This condo is a gem with a view to kill! First the location is right on the beach of Okaloosa Island, a short walk to the pier where fireworks go off on Wednesday nights or where you can go fishing and catch some huge fish for $8 a person. The room was well furnished and very comfortable and convenient with 3 small-ish (28-36inch) TVs, master bedroom with king and master bath, 2 beds in the guest room and a pull out couch. Everything we could want right there. The view was spectacular of the ocean and we truly enjoyed sitting on the patio every night and watch the ocean and beach while sipping a cocktail. This beach is long and there are dozens and dozens of condo buildings along this beach. The pool and hot tub was ok, nothing fancy. A few things I would have liked to have had on property of I had a wish list based on other properties I have stayed at. 1. A bigger hot tub. This one was ok, but small. 2. Beach gear for guest use included with room or available for check out. Tennis racquets for guest use since this property has a tennis court! Bonus! 3. Larger TV for movie night. We watched a movie in the room and found the tvs a little small for our tastes but that's not a big deal. These 3 points are so minor I would not deduct any stars, just my preference if it was my property. Overall, a great location, plenty of parking, clean and comfortable with amazing views.
