The Palms 405 - Sea la Vie
An excellent “Sunny” corner /end unit which provides natural light and privacy making you feel right at home. With this condo’s great beach frontage location, you can watch the sunrise and sunset over the ocean waves!
Enjoy this recently updated kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, tile backsplash, granite countertops, and a window over the granite composite sink! Looks Amazing! Bedrooms and baths are also updated. The unit is exceptionally furnished and well kept – do not let this unit slip away!
Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room. Comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the expansive beach views with no obstructions. Balcony access from both the living room and the master bedroom. Free WIFI and reserved garage parking with this unit.

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our stay at the Palms a lot. Love the corner unit and it seemed very clean when we arrived. Such a smooth check in process and communication was great. The area was nice and peaceful. The only thing to say is that eventhough the floors were vacuumed well, not sure if they were mopped. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot in the condo. Bed was comfy and we really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from everywhere in the condo. Would recommend it for sure.

Disappointed vacation

The condo is in an alley off the main road which had nice condos. We knew we were in trouble when we drove up. The tiny swimming pool is about the size of a small bedroom and located between 2 buildings. The sheets on the bed did not even hang off either side of the bed. They only came to the edge of the mattress and they felt and sounded like paper. The toilet in the master bathroom was so close to the toilet tissue holder your body actually touched the toilet tissue. We had to take the tissue off and put it on the vanity to be able to use it. The water from the shower head was so hard it felt like it would peel your skin off and you could not adjust it. There must have been another shower head before this one because the hole in the wall so so big and you could see between the wall. The only positive thing was the rooms were very clean.

Less crowded area of the beach, clean condo, perfect set up for our family. The only issue was parking. The covered spots are VERY tight to park in. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay!

Overall good stay

The property is in a convenient location. Wonderful clean beach. The kitchen has new appliances. The carpeting in the bedrooms is in serious need of replacement. Look closely at the photos especially by the night stand and you will see what I mean. There were some cleanliness issues that have been brought to the property managers attention. If these issues are addressed and corrected the property would be a 4 to 5 star review. The app Brooks and Shorey uses is a very nice feature and full of useful information. The check in process was extremely easy.

Perfect Location

This is a nice unit with beautiful views. Everything you need in the area i.e. restaurants, groceries, etc. is within a 5 minute drive. There is a tom thumb convenience mart right next door. The unit had a few minor flaws but nothing that took away from the overall unit and experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach Vaca!

The Palms Unit 405 was a perfect location for our family beach vacation. I loved the location, the beach chair service, the balcony overlooking the beach, the windows on the East side of the unit and having reserved, covered parking. We will definitely return!

Great location

We took a quick family getaway and this was the perfect place for us! The location overlooking the beach is exactly what we wanted for such a great price. I loved not having to wait forever for an elevator like you do at the big condos. Plenty of space for my family to relax and enjoy our vacation. We’ll definitely go back!

Loved the View

The view from this property is amazing! You are right on the water!!!!! As others have said, the pool is very small and was freezing cold which upset our boys, but the ocean was all the adults wanted anyway. The use of chairs and an umbrella each day was also a wonderful perk which had us feeling spoiled. One tiny suggestion would be for a bigger coffee pot. The little one we had to use was a pain, even just for two adults. The carpets could also be replaced as they seemed pretty dingy, but for the price, this unit was great. And again...that view and being right on the ocean made it wonderful!

Great time on the Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything I needed for cooking which I did almost every night. Chairs on deck were comfy. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. Beach chair set up with umbrella was included with stay and there were more beach chairs and umbrellas in condo 👍. Will definitely be returning to this unit . Thanks for a great stay!!!

Everything was great. The management people were very nice, efficient, and answered all questions, making the whole process, including check-in and check-out, extremely easy. The only disappointment was that the pool was smaller than what I thought.

COMFORTABLE WITH PERFECT VIEW

WE WERE ALL VERY HAPPY WITH THE PROPERTY. IT IS A CORNER CONDO WITH LOTS OF SUNLIGHT, WHICH I WAS GLAD I BROUGHT MY SLEEP MASK. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND PRETTY ROOMY EXCEPT THE KITCHEN WHICH IS A LITTLE TIGHT BUT DOABLE. THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH ONE OF THE GLASS SLIDING DOORS WHICH MEANT EVERYONE WHO WANTED TO GO ONTO THE BALCONY HAD TO COME THROUGH GUEST ROOM. IT TOOK DAYS BEFORE PERSON WITH DOOR COMPANY COULD COME TO REPAIR IT AND AS OF LEAVING ON 6/8/19 IT NEEDED FURTHER REPAIRS. OTHERWISE IT WAS A GREAT STAY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY
