Located in Fouras, just 10 meters from the sea and 150 meters from the town center, this 39 m² apartment is ideal for a seaside holiday with family or friends. Perched on the 3rd and top floor of a building with an elevator, it benefits from a southwest exposure, offering beautiful light and a pleasant sea view from the balcony.

Laid out as a two-room apartment, it features a bright 14 m² living room and a master bedroom. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people thanks to a 140x190 cm double bed and bunk beds. The bathroom is functional (shower, sink, and toilet). Individual electric heating and hot water provided by a water heater.

You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher), dishes, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, radio, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and clothes drying rack. The balcony is furnished with garden furniture so you can enjoy the sea air. Safety and comfort are guaranteed (smoke detector, intercom).

The bus station is 250 m away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.
