You are only 30 minutes to Sylva, 40 minutes to Highlands, and 1 hour 20 minutes to downtown Asheville & The Biltmore Estate. The drive is 1 hour and 30 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and 2 hours by car to Atlanta. This pristine secluded home is easy to access via full paved roads. The home affords year round access to any and all vehicles. Home is also accessible by helicopter (with express permission/planning) in conjunction with a municipal airport which can handle up to a Global Express.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home & estate property are located in a very private, quiet and exclusive farm/estate locale, and while extremely private, noise does carry across the valley. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. (Events will have specific and detailed rules and allowances.)

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

PETS: This rental is very dog friendly and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $255, for up to 2 dogs per booking party. Please inquire with our Guest Experience Team for details and final rates.
