Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. 2 Car Garage and 2 car driveway. A Wonderful Winter Escape!

getting to stay at this place was such a treat and a pleasure! The house itself is decorated so well, making it cozy inviting and beautiful. It's so easy to get to enjoy the Colorado sun with the hot tub and fire pit outside. The location is also great being both close to the town of Winter Park, and Fraser, offering both access to fun restaurants and bars and outdoor excursions like Winter Park or the ice rink. Will definitely be staying here again between the coziness and cleanliness of the house itself, and the responsiveness/reliability of the service team!

This condo is fantastic!! Location is perfect, close to ski shuttle and hiking trails. Super clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The views are magnificent, lots of windows and great gathering spaces. The decks and hot tub are perfectly located to enjoy mountain views. Definitely will keep staying here!! Highly recommend.

Perfect mountain getaway

This place is perfect. Spacious place, yet cozy vibes. Stunning views of the resort and My Byers. Centrally located so we could walk to dinner every night. Trails just outside the door, which we (and our pups) loved. This place had more than enough space for our family of 5 to unwind, downhill, uphill, hike around and enjoy Winter Park. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with rental agency. Highly recommend!

Winter Park Ski Vacation

The location was close to the resort and the unit was spacious yet cozy. The house was clean, upgraded and fully equipped. A very quiet neighborhood with great views and hot jacuzzi for relaxation. Definitely saving this property to my favorites for forties get- aways!

The space was exactly as described and provided a very spacious, comfortable place for our family holiday. We were thrilled to see the Christmas tree and decorations up - although it would’ve been nice if the property manager would’ve gotten back to let me know after I inquired. Access to the Fraser River trail and other trails was convenient and we could walk to Fraser and to Winter Park. Hot tub was great! Kitchen had practically everything we needed including spices and storage containers and bags. A large pot was missing but otherwise very well stocked for our family of 7.

Great Multi Generation Getaway

My family of 4 (kids ages 4 and 6) and my parents ages 65-72 stayed here for 3 nights just before Christmas. The space was perfect for us, as we had the lower level which included a TV area in addition to the bunk room, queen bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The entry/upper level was great for my parents so no stairs and a king suite. We LOVED that there was a Christmas tree up and there was a crock pot to use. The townhouse felt barely lived in! But still warm and inviting. Would love to return.
