Patio Sisters is an urban chic compound, offering four private guest quarters within walking distance of Fredericksburg's Main Street attractions. Each of the four suites is named for one of the "sisters," and each offers the comforts of home plus the added bonus of a fantastic location in the heart of Fredericksburg's historic district. While each suite of Patio Sisters makes for the perfect private get-away, you can also rent all four making it an ideal setting for small groups of up to 8. Enjoy your privacy but with the added advantage of close proximity to your traveling companions.
In any of the Patio Sisters suites you will enjoy a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan above a comfortable king size bed. You will also appreciate the 42" TV with cable selections along with complimentary wireless internet. Each suite also includes a mini-bar perfect for making a cup of coffee in the morning. Your oversized bathroom includes a chic galvanized metal shower with rainwater head above.
All of the Patio Sisters also offer that most popular romantic amenity...the private hot tub plus an outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood provided). Everything was just as pictured, I didnt give 5 stars, because the water had zero pressure, and would get hot for a second and then drop to freezing. The hot tub area wasnt very private it is located right next to the parking lot.

The hosts were amazing! Got back to me quickly with any and all questions I had. The cabin had everything we needed and we will definitely stay there the next time we’re in Fredericksburg. The room was cozy and clean and was perfect for the winter storm. We even braved it and went out in the hot tub!!

There were a lot of good things to say about the accommodations. It was adorable and clean. There were, however, a couple of critical things that impacted the comfort of the stay. The temperature cannot be lowered below 68 (not a policy of the owner, but limitation of the split unit). For anyone that runs hot, it is a miserably sweaty night. Second, the temperature of the water in the shower varies greatly about every 30 seconds.

Great location

The property was conveniently located about 2.5 blocks from Main Street at the point where Hondo’s is located. It was an adorable space with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the fireplace was a welcome addition on a cold night. We didn’t take advantage of the outdoor area but it looked really nice.

Nice place but several shortcomings.

Hot tub temp control didnt work; property manager was no help. Ceiling fan speed not manageable. Poor a/c. No Wi-Fi service. Can’t make a good rec to anyone. Too bad, because it is a beautiful place.

Very cute suite. Clean and nicely decorated; quiet location too. We loved being able to walk to the Marktplatz von Fredericksburg and other shops. We stayed 4 nights but the suite did not have dedicated storage for clothes & stuff (we don't pack light!) but we would still give an A++ for our stay.

Great stay close to Main St!

Adorable little place! Super clean and comfortable. The patio is amazing, but not totally private as the parking lot and house across the street can see all the way through the unit in you’re not careful. Regardless, it is a well kept property and a great stay for a weekend away. The shower and electric fireplace were the best! We would come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lily room. It was very clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t consider it walking distance to shops but it was a good location to drive over. Would stay here again.
