Villa Lucaya is a tropical oasis with over 300 feet of water frontage on the crystal-clear Grand Lucayan Waterway. Stretching across Grand Bahama, the waterway serves as a navigational channel for boaters and allows ease of access to the north and south sides of the island for all of your fishing, diving, and boating needs.

Set in an exclusive enclave, Villa Lucaya offers a rare level of privacy with no immediate neighbors. The property is secured by a private gate and fence, and its beautifully landscaped grounds are adorned with various fruit-bearing trees, including coconut, mango, papaya, and the exotic super fruit (Noni).

The main house of Villa Lucaya is a testament to comfort and convenience. Spanning two stories, it features a large terrace on each floor, offering panoramic views of the waterway, the inground pool, and the lush landscaping. The first floor houses a spacious bedroom with an En suite bathroom, a large living room with a powder room, and a full kitchen. The second floor boasts two master suites, a living room, a laundry, and another full kitchen. Each floor has its own exterior door, ensuring privacy, and is equipped with independent air conditioning and controls.

The pool-house area of Villa Lucaya is a haven for relaxation and entertainment. It features an outdoor grill, a sparkling inground pool with a heated jacuzzi, and a 65 " Television. For those who enjoy games, there's an electric dart board, a bar with a mini kitchen, and a variety of games, including corn hole, Jenga, and ring toss. The patio also includes a covered ceramic BBQ shack and an outdoor shower.

The dock/sea wall offers unparalleled frontage and can accommodate boats up to 80’ with dedicated shore power and totals over 300' of water frontage. There is also a large fish cleaning station with a wash-down nearby. The water surrounding the property is crystal clear and allows for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, and numerous opportunities to view tropical fish and sea turtles.

In addition to all of the above amenities, the villa is a 3-minute drive to Barbary Beach, which boasts some of the cleanest and warmest waters in the world. Barbary is arguably the most beautiful beach on the island. However, there are many public beaches to be explored throughout your stay. One of our favorite restaurants, Banana Bay, is in close proximity and can be accessed by land or sea. This restaurant is situated on crystal clear Fortune Beach, which consists of miles of white sandy beach and stunning views. Villa Lucaya is approximately 15 minutes from the airport, grocery stores, restaurants, Port Lucaya, and other essentials. We are situated in a quiet, somewhat remote location a few ways out of town. However, the drive is quick and easy, with minimal traffic. Therefore, we recommend stopping at one of the local grocery stores on the way because you may not want to leave once you arrive!

Last but not least, Villa Lucaya offers concierge service to our guests including food/alcohol delivery, fishing charters (deep sea, bone fishing, lobstering, etc), on site massages, private chef services including “cook your catch” (on or offsite) as well as, jet ski, 4 wheeling tours, etc.
