This spacious 3 bd home has plenty of space for sprawling out. Central to many adventures. Take a short ride down the hill were you will see the French Lick Casino. Take a walk around town, grab a bite to eat. Stop in some shops and just enjoy yourself. There are two amazing golf courses, one being The Pete Dye Course just minutes away. Patoka Lake is 20 mins away. 15 mins from Paoli Peaks and 3 mins from Big Splash Adventure, Grocery 5 mins away.

Our stay here was beyond amazing! The home is clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It’s also very close to anything and everything in French Lick. We cooked while here and had all that we needed to stay in and recover from 2 full days of cheer competitions. Brandy was a great host and quick to answer any question we had. If we have another reason to be in French Lick, we will certainly check for availability here!

Everything was clean and exactly how it was described on line. I do think that it would benefit to have more seating options. There is plenty of room to accommodate another seating space. We were only there 2 nights but did leave some food on the counter, sealed of course, but it did attract tiny ants. My only complaint.

This is a very clean house and very spacious. There are several games to play for fun. Kitchen, laundry, bathroom supplies are sufficient with good quality towel, beddings, etc. There is no need to bring your own shampoo, soap. Two minor issues for us. The lock of the front door looks like a traditional lock so we initially walked around the house to look for the right entrance and even droves around to confirm that was the correct house. I am very sensitive to scents. There was definitely scents from house cleaning solution inside and also scents on the bed sheets which bothered me a lot the first night. I did not slept well. Fortunately the scent was not that strong the second night. The host is nice and responding quickly. I do recommend using non-scented detergent and house cleaning solution. Also more clothes hangers and more dresser draws if possible.

Very Nice

We had 2 little boys with us and were thrilled by the toys and games available. However the living space is so large and open that we could not hear ourselves talk.... the deck was a blessing for the adults to get away from the noise. Two bedrooms were very small. The master with two beds was great for the family with the boys. It seems like the spaces could have been better planned. Another good sized bedroom could be added adjacent to the laundry with the door there turned into a window. Are there working smoke alarms??

Fantastic French Lick Living

A group of friends: golfing, tea parties, tastings and hikes. Stayed at this wonderful location that could easily be a destination hub for your friends with loads of space and fun games. It has a wonderful view with a great back yard area. Will book again.

This house was perfect for us to get to the casino and Golf at French lick. It was so clean and everything around the house was amazing. The super steep hill getting up to the house was hard to walk up but driving was no problem. Amazing house over all. Super clean and very spacious!

We had a niece getting married at the French Lick Resort. We had our sons, their spouses and grand children (5 and under) with us. The huge open space inside with the games and toys, kept everyone entertained. My five year old grand daughter was ready to move in.

Perfect for the Polar Express weekend

Perfect location for a family to enjoy fun Christmas adventures like the Polar Express train, West Baden and French Lick resorts. The property was very clean, looked brand new! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and so many fun games/toys for little ones. Brandy was a very attentive and wonderful host. We will definitely be back!
