This lovely designer home, located on the second floor above the garage, features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a Cal King bed with an upgraded ensuite, a marble countertop, tile flooring, and a custom shower design. The other bedrooms consist of a queen bed and a children's room with full-over-full bunk beds. These bedrooms share a beautifully upgraded hallway bathroom. The house features laminate hardwood flooring throughout.

The main floor has an open-concept layout with a kitchen, dining room, and living room, making it perfect for socializing with the family. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The dining room can seat eight people, and the living room features plenty of seating on the sectional sofa and a queen-sized pull-out bed.

All bedrooms have 47-inch LCD TVs, while the main living room features a 55-inch LCD TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player. Strollers, high chairs, booster seats, and pack-n-play are available for infants and toddlers. Guests have access to a full-size washer and dryer located in the garage. Please note that the house does not have a yard or outdoor seating/patio. Wireless high-speed internet is available, and the home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

This house SLEEPS 6 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 6 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 50 miles of this house, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. In addition, homes are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.
