Hotel had standing water in shower and hair all in shower. Called to get a different room and was told nothing was available. Air Con/Heater knob was broke only worked on high. Blood stains on sheets and pee stains on blanket. Went to front and somehow thie was a new room all of a sudden. Most disgusting hotel ive stayed at in years. Room 124 new room was 119.

The room was recently renovated and very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful, so much so, we stayed an extra night. We found everyone to be most accommodating. If you don't see something on the breakfast bar...just ask! Danielle was especially helpful!

They charge for a dog yet they will not pay you back like all the other hotels I've stayed at even my two dogs are emotional support animals. They didn't care or understand that I even had the paperwork yet they still made me pay and not get no money back for the deposit. 25.00 a animal is a lot and I have no issues paying since there was no damages to room I've got trained animals and still no deposit back. Also I had notified them in the messages about my animal before getting here. Once we arrived I gotask if we really needed a handicap room and I was like absolutely that is what I reserved. The lady was super nice just the money and not getting a deposit back for my animals was horrible.

The check in was good. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had read reviews complimenting on the breakfast. WELL breakfast was to be served from 6-9. We arrived at 7:30the only thing available was bread, cold cereal, and one sausage Pattie.. only 1 person in there eating. VERY DISSAPOINTED. No one at the desk to talk to. When I checked out I told them” thanks for the lack of breakfast” he said oh isn’t there anything out there. Shouldn’t he keep an eye on it and know no food was there!!!!

We got to the hotel close to 10pm. There was only one worker which I kinda expected. But check in was so slow. The room was nice tho. Just. A one night sat as we were only passing through headed to pigeon forge

Just what we needed

We were in town for a track meet and needed something cost efficient but clean. The property is older but has been remodeled with new floors and electronics. It was just what we needed for a quick two night stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had enough breakfast restocked for my son regardless of what time breakfast ended. We were leary with it being on the highway and having a lot of guests, but everyone was respectful of noise and space and there were not any disturbances during prime time resting.

The room itself was clean. It reeked of cigarette smoke. Obviously a previous person had smoked in the room, and it was still a very strong smell. I did see two small roaches in the room.
